Ingredients
1 lb. chicken cut into small pieces
4-5 cups water
1 chicken stock cube
270ml Ukuva iAfrica Malawi BBQ/cooking sauce with coconut & lemon grass
3 tsp. lemon juice
10 mushrooms (optional)
2tbsp Ukuva iAfrica Malawi Gold chilli sauce
Ukuva iAfrica Khoisan Seaweed Salt
2 stalks coriander and spring onions to garnish
Method
1.Cook the chicken in 4-5 cups of water.
2.Add the Ukuva iAfrica Malawi BBQ/cooking sauce with coconut & lemon grass, ginger, Ukuva iAfrica Khoisan Seaweed Salt and cook until the chicken is tender.
3.Add the chicken stock cube, lemon juice, Ukuva iAfrica Malawi Gold chilli sauce and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
4.Garnish with coriander and spring onions and serve hot
