Creamy sweet potatoes

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes
125ml (½ cup) whipped cream
1 tin (397g/14oz) condensed milk
62,5ml (¼ cup) raisins
Method
1. Rinse the sweet potatoes under running water. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water and boil in their jackets until cooked through.
2. Peel the cooked sweet potatoes and mash until smooth.
3. Stir in the whipped cream, condensed milk and raisins. Serve with more whipped cream or custard for an unusual, delicious desert.
